SELLERS BEWARE!
Now that I have an accepted offer on your home, do not count your money -- not until we walk out of closing. I will do everything in my power to get you to closing as expeditiously and hassle free as possible. However, in our current business environment, we have tons of inexperienced real estate agents (many are part time), non-qualified buyers, lenders who often do not give us all the facts or even lie to us, and finally the inspection process can be a major hurdle.
I'm telling you this so that any commitment you make -- like buying another home, contracting movers, renting an apartment, etc. -- should contain a clause "subject to final closing on our (my) home."
Nobody will work harder to get you to closing than myself, but "STUFF HAPPENS." I apologize for even having to alert you about this information, but this is today's real estate environment and I want to inform and protect you!
